Meet Nastasha Jennings, Account Manager

Not many of us enjoy hearing constructive feedback, but for Nastasha Jennings, it’s a good sign. As Account Manager at Bigfish Technology, she believes trust, transparency and confidence demonstrate the strength of a partnership.

A people-focused career

Nastasha built a relationship-focused career in South Africa, working with a local IT service provider. Over six years, she developed her skills across account administration, business development, communications and sales. It was her first step into the tech world, and while she enjoyed seeing new solutions firsthand, for Nastasha it was always about the people.

She loved being part of a team and found real satisfaction in building client relationships that led to positive outcomes for everyone involved. When she relocated to Australia with her family, it was an opportunity to continue her career in a new environment and start building new relationships with local businesses.

When we met Nastasha in September 2025, it was clear her natural empathy, attention to detail and clear communication made her a strong fit for our Partner Success Team.

Growing close, building value

As an IT Account Manager at Bigfish, Nastasha is focused on building high-trust relationships that create real value. Trust and confidence take time to build, but she sees honest feedback as a positive sign that those relationships are deepening.

This is particularly important in an IT support business, where people often call at times of stress.

She reflected on a situation where a partner shared concerns during a server migration. By checking-in regularly, keeping them informed of next steps and demonstrating clear ownership, Nastasha helped smooth the path forward. The partner appreciated the extra effort to provide clarity through an important project.

Nastasha explains:

Alongside strengthening these relationships, she’s growing her industry knowledge so she can continue expanding the value she brings to partners.

Nastasha is also excited by the opportunities created by AI-driven automation tools at Bigfish. “I enjoy how they simplify processes, reduce repetitive tasks, and help teams work smarter and more efficiently.”

A new home to explore

Moving across the world is a big change, and Nastasha wants to hold on to that sense of adventure. When she’s not working, you will often find her exploring with her husband and their young daughter.

“Every weekend we find a new place to appreciate, even small adventures like hiking in the parks and visiting little towns on the outskirts. So far, our favourites are the beautiful beaches. They are breathtaking!”
